Hi Paul,
Best place would be on port side, under aft seat locker of dinette area.
This is opposite heads and lends itself quite well for pipe runs and pump out/venting of tank.
Don't have exact dimensions, but a look at the space will give you a good idea.
This is where I have mine on Seamaster 30 (Troulos Bay) and works well.
