Hi Bernie

The best way I believe is to prepare a mixture of antifreeze and water and pour it into the top of the seacock (you should be able to remove the top of it to access the raw water filter) with the engine running. This should draw the anti-freeze mixture into the raw-water system. run it until you see it coming out through the exhaust.
