Sometimes you can't weld manifolds as they are made of cast iron and the soot prevents a good weld. You might get away with it if you take it off and take it to a fabricator. They may be able to braize it. Alternatively cold stitching is an option have a google.what engine is it? Might be a standard part cheers Jed
