Shayla leans back on the pillows throwing a hand over her eyes. “My head is killing me.” She rolls over on to her side and immediately regrets it. “OWE!” Quickly she jumps up putting a hand on her side. Shinto pushes her back down, “Get some rest, your body needs time to heal.” She winced but stayed put. Shinto nodded, “Now get some sleep.” she nodded and closed her eyes listing to the sound of the snoring coming from the floor.

Everything was covered in flames. Just a ring of flames around her. Shayla looked around panicked. “Help! Wuth, Shinto, Nick? Anyone?” She turned around and looked behind her. The flames grew, making her cough. It was getting intensely hot. “Someone help!” She fell to her knees coughing and choking. A loud laughter boomed over her, echoing in her ears. She put her hands over her ears, but still could hear it. The flames grew closer. She squeezed her eyes shut. “Stop, please help me, STOP!” Suddenly everything did stopped. Shayla opened her eyes to see she was no longer surrounded by fire but on a street, it was dirty, a few kids stood at the end, near a run down building. She looked closer. Wait a second, she knew this street, and knew those kids. “SKY, DAN, NICK, CHRIS, CICI!!!” She ran down the street, and went to throw her arms around them but fell through. “Huh? Cici?” She reached for her again but same as before she went through. A couple of kids dressed with a green sash around their waist stepped into the end of the street. Shayla paled and turned to them, “Guys run, it’s the south side group they’re looking for trouble.” No one heard her, no one even look her way. The kids (rather teens, whatever) pulled out guns and started to fire on them. Shayla jumped in front of them but the bullets went right through her. She turned to see her friends fall to the ground. “NO,” She cried dropping to her knees, “no. This isn’t right. No!” She cried, reaching out for them.
Suddenly the science changed, she was no longer on the street but in a small room. It was dark but a bit of light shined through the window. She turned to see a younger version of herself sitting on a mattress on the floor. It was her alright, she was just smaller, had shorter hair, and far less scars than she had now. She stepped forward. Movement from the corner caught her eye. She turned to see a boy step out of the darkness. His hair was a dark brown and his eyes a clear green. Shayla blinked with new tears in her eyes. “Alex.” She whispered taking a step towards him. She reached a hand towards his face, but as before instead of making contact with his cheek she went through. She watched as Alex stepped up to the younger version of herself. Little Shayla looked up at him tears on her cheeks. “Hey now, don’t cry.” His voice was soft and he leaned down wiping off little Shayla face. He wrapped his arms around her, “Don’t worry,” he said, his voice just above a whisper, “You’ll always have me.” Scenes flashed before her, an Asian looking girl with a gun. Alex’s lifeless body falling to the ground. Little Shayla hugging his body crying for all she was wroth. Shayla screamed falling back, “NO! I don’t want to remember! NO!” The flames roared up, trapping her just as before. “NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!” She screamed, but the flames grew getting bigger and bigger, getting closer, and hotter. Suddenly she couldn’t breath.

Shayla jolted up in bed, sweat making the sheet stick to her. She winced and brought her hand to her side. “I don’t want to remember,” She whispered, wincing again, “I don’t.”

OOC: I was really bored, so umm………..yeah.
