I totally agree with both women........if any team wants a woman or 2 (or 3) on there team, good on them. If you look at many of our top women players in the past (or current players), they have all benefitted from playing or training with Men (and other women who are better than them).

My only real concern is what about women's grade? Should we can this? What should we do to try ensure that the women's grade goes ahead? Are women happy just to can national league? Should we just look at having a national competition that helps men and those women good enough to make the men's teams? What happens when these top women retire, there will be no-one below them. With our top women playing in Open mens grade, who is going to organise these teams? The reality is that our top players generally organise the teams. I suggest that we allow women to compete in the men's teams as long as they are also a part of a Women's team.

Please every one consider the implications of what you are avocating.
