From the shadows comes Akria, closely followed by Keso. They slink up next to the females, and Akira looks about the herd, immediatly targeting the sickly doe, thinking as Elena had. He nodded to them, letting him know the doe would be their target. Silvery pelt bristled, and velvet auds flicked towards the sounds of any possible dangers. Keso watched intently, learning from the elder members of the pack. His ears were pressed forward, however, in curiosity and excitement. He felt as though if they did not attack soon, he would explode with anxiety. He shifted his weight a bit.
Akira's blue-and-green eyes studied the situation, as Keso had seen many times before. He once saw his father remain crouched in one position for an hour, waiting for the safest and most effective moment to strike. Though excited, Keso posessed some of his father's patience, and he remained quiet.
Akira gave a nod towards one of the more healthy bucks that was close. They would need to watch that one in case it decided to defend its herdmember.
"Go," said Akira, and he and Keso shot out from hiding towards their prey. It had wandered close enough to them that Akira was comfortable with an assult. He kept a close eye on the other buck as he snapped at the leg of the doe, aiming to knock its weak figure down.
