OOC: Do you think we should start the hunt without Freezing Death? Maybe if he comes back while we're in the middle of something, he can just join in. What do you guys think?

BIC: Giga growled. She didn't like Freeze's absence.

The alpha then turned and looked at Artic, who was already, somewhat foolishly, making his way forward, without hesitation. She heard his quiet yip, telling of injured caribou. Giga looked at Arco. *You will have to do this by yourself if Freeze does not show up,* she softly whined. *But I think you can handle it, Arco. Have faith in the Spirits.*

The moon cast an eerie glow on the herd. They were very close, now.

Giga added, *Arco, Shadow and I are going to travel down the right flank. When I wag my tail, you may proceed*- she snorted at Artic-* and you, too, wait for the signal. We don't want to scare the caribou ahead of time.*

The ebony female loped to Shadow. *Are you ready?*
