Not necessarily a craft skill, but I think it will be semi-important that our characters are able to cook food and make campfires, depending on what setting we find ourselves in.
Perhaps even go as far as having a way to get some branches come off trees which we have to use on a campfire.
Other than that, I can think of things like fishing, and perhaps being able to get meat off of animals so we have something to cook.
I don't think you'll have to worry much about blacksmithing, lumberjacking, carpentry and such tradeskills. I imagine if a character needs to 'make' a specific item we can get the DM to do that.
I'm thinking very general 'skills' for cooking, fishing and camping. I'm thinking that camping might not actually need a skill, just double click on some item that's labelled as a 'branch'. Fishing might be a % chance to catch anything, and the DM might assign some characters at having a higher % of catching fish because they're more patient, lucky, or whatever. Cooking would be similar. Some chars are simply better cooks than others. I'd be willing to leave it up to the DM to decide how good each character is at cooking. It doesn't really matter to me.
