I have an Irish Dance School.

Before you complain too much about your teacher making money... please consider how much work it takes to take X number of Students and turn that into X number of Show and X number of locations. Book them, take care of all the details, communicate it to parents, deal with changes. Paper work, business documents, emails, texts, phone calls.

Your dancers learn to think on their Feet, deal with unexpected changes, gracefully accept compliments and deal with adversity. To be kind and supportive to their classmates, and have fun with their dance friends, be confident and proud to be part of something that takes a community, not just them.
IT's a lot of work for the teachers. Good for them if they figure out how to make some money with it.
