  - People are not "stupid" to pay a price that they are happy to pay. Are people stupid if they buy a more expensive car/house/hanbag/shoes etc etc than you? Saying no used dress should cost more than $1200 is like saying no used car should be more than $5000, but we all know that depends on who made the car and will be priced accordingly.       - The good ones sell straight away and those that don't should start reducing their price. Best advice is if it hasn't sold in a month, start reducing. This always worked for me.
