A small smile tipped his lips as he listened to her adamant words about finding a way to spend the night with him and he just nodded a touch, keeping her close to his body. She wasn't exactly dressed for the weather since she had discarded most of her layers - including her shoes - and he wanted her stay warm almost as much as he just wanted her close to him. "Good, as long as you can come up with something reasonable." He winked teasingly at her, sounding so much more straight laced then he really was. He had played around for so long in his life, not caring about any of his responsibilities or the wrongs he was doing to everyone else in his life and really, in all honesty, he still didn't care a whole lot about his own future, instead just focused on taking care of her now. It was a welcome change at least in his parents eyes, at least he was caring about something even if he didn't realize he was doing it. His mom and dad had definitely seen a bit of a change in him and they were both curious about this girl who was influencing their sons life, as was his angel, choir girl of an older sister. A grin crossed his lips as he pressed a kiss to her cheek, his eyes lifting for a moment just to see where his cousin Jake was at, checking in to make sure that him and Kesi were doing ok. As much as Jake drove him nuts with his over protectiveness and his grumpy ways, he knew that his cousin was worried about his fiancee and Colden was too, no doubt there. Everyone in their family was a little stressed about sweet Kesi's health.
