She gave his shoulder a gentle push as Adam guided him out, and then returned to her drink while she waited for him to get back. When Adam returned, she looked over at him for a moment before laughing lightly and finishing off her drink to order 'just one more'. "Oh baby. You're such a good friend." She pulled her stool closer to his and leaned over for a warm but brief kiss, one hand dropping to rest on his knee. "And he loves you for it..."
