Subject: She raised her drink to her mouth obediently at his encouraging, and then tipped her head a fraction for him, a soft breath catching in her throat as a smile lit her lips. "Sounds about right..." One hand held her drink conveniently near, and her free fingers pushed beneath his shirt to brush slowly over his stomach. "This is my last... Don't worry." She assured him and then reached up to press a warm but brief kiss to his lips, her teeth catching his top lip softly. Sometimes he still surprised her with how doting he was - as kids growing up, he had never given her a second glance. He and Jake were always too busy finding trouble to cause to pay any attention to Jake's little sister. A lot of things about him had changed since then though, she supposed - well a lot of thing about her were different too, and about everyone really.

  • She had always just been Jake's kid sister when he was growing up, little Nattie who always wanted to tag along even when it wasn't in her best interest because the boys weren't exactly the best influences. He remembered coming back, trying to convince himself she was still little tag-a-long Nattie when it was obvious that she wasn't so little anymore and damn but she was gorgeous. He couldn't get his mind off of her for the first two weeks and after that he had just stopped trying. His muscles shyed away from her fingers, his head ducking against her neck as he yawned softly before he just rested his forehead against her shoulder. "We should stop and get a movie."
