Subject: She pulled up after a bit of a sprint, turning to look at him, doubled with her hands on her knees, looking up at him under her brow and grinned. Then she straightened, throwing her arms out to the side, and gave herself a spin or two until she was out into the knee-deep water, the first three or four inches of her capris getting wet - she laughed like some little girl. "It feels like it's been a year.." She bent, trailing her fingers through the water and flicking a bit off the ends of her fingers towards him. "I think I would be a mermaid if I could."
In reply to: Aislinn 's message, "I once saw a man on fire, staring out his window - watching as the flames grew higher and higher. I thought that I saw him cry.. or was he only laughing as his life went rushing on by? And maybe we're just like him.. maybe we're all waiting, for a moment to begin.." on Sun, Aug 13 2006, 10:33am PDT

  • Andre just smirked at her, though he was enjoying her childish facination with the ocean and the magic that it brought her. He slowly waded back to the beach, sitting down in the dry sand, watching her. Maybe he had found what he was looking for already... but he wasn;t sure yet- only time would tell. "I think you'd settle for being a fish." (NT) -- Andre, Wed, Aug 16 2006, 12:38pm PDT
