I am heading to Las Vegas in three weeks.... (He shrugged a little.) .. in case you wanted to know. (he was feeling uncomfortable with all of this.. and he let out a breath, deflating a little before he sat up again and looked at her.) Look.. I really should... (What? Run off somewher?) ..get going.

She knew he felt uncomfortable with it, she did too, and she didn't want to drag him down into that too. "Oh..alright.." She murmured to his comment about going to Vegas before she cocked her head at his next comment. "Leaving for Vegas a little early?" She questioned softly, standing up and slipping her jacket on, her voice soft but honest. "You know, running away doesn't make anything go away, Gabe, just makes it seem all the more real when you get back." She shifted to throw away the bottle in the recycle bin.
