I promise." Just don't leave me in the meantime..

  • Even if his love for her ever diminished, which he doubted was even possible, his loyalty and respect for her alone would keep him by her side regardless. She was his best friend as much as anything else, and the mother of his child. He was a little suprised by her kiss, but welcomed it all the same, letting his dark brown eyes fix on hers as she spoke, nodding in agreement before he too spoke. "And I'm going to help you."
