• Danny had been concerned for her for a while now... he just couldnt seem to do anything right and he didn;t really understand, as much as he tried to. He was just a kid himself and was finding all this hard enough to deal with without walking on eggshells around her, but as always, he supported her as much as he could, while working and playing ball and finishing his degree to make a good life for them. He had his hands shoved in his pockets as he walked along with her arm in his... quiet and thoughtful as he watched the world buzz around them. She had known that, but she felt embarrassed, almost humiliated that he would mention it, because though she was sure that he knew how she felt most of the time, it only made it more real for him to say she needed help. "I love you too, Danny, and I want to get help because I know how hard it is on you.. and I need you to know that it's not you or Isaiah that's making me unhappy.. it has nothing to do with you.. you've only been the best to me.. ever, nothing else.." He lifted his large hand to her face and tipped her chin up gently, his dark brow eyes gazing deep into hers as he spoke "I know that... but you have to want to get help for you too... I'll come too if it helps... we can work through this together... we can beat this baby, we're stronger than anything, alright?" • She brushed her fingers easily through his dark hair, which was getting a bit shaggy. It was hard to think of the road they had passed over to get here.. strange to think that, while she had thought all of that was the end of the world when it was transpiring, that it had turned out like this, a grown up relationship with grown up problems, when she had sometimes wondered if she would ever settle down and be serious with anyone. Her dark eyes softened at his words. "What did I do to deserve someone like you, Danny?" One corner of her lips tilted up in a small smile, her mood shifting as carelessly as the winds did, linking her fingers behind his neck easily as she let her eyes take in his amazing form, tanned skin, his beautiful facial structure.
