She offered Mia a small, shaky smile. "At home, from the time he could reach it, I would always catch him messing with the thermostat to change the temperature to like sixty just so he would feel a little cooler and could wear a hoodie and be comfortable. Buy warm clothes..." She let out another shaky breath, running her hand down her face as she tried so hard to keep it together.
