I'm not convinced that 1/2 of all Americans are Christian. Half may prefer the teachings of Christ over Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. But that does not mean that they are dedicated believers of the gospel. My church is certainly not busting at the seams because half of our community is attending. And I live in the buckle of the Bible belt.

As a born-again, Pentecostal believer, I think that Gays should have nearly the same rights as any other human being. By nearly, I mean that a gay man should not be allowed to use a women's restroom and other silly instances of the like. They just need to realize that their homosexual lifestyle is what they do, it is not who they are.

Side question: I haven't been around in a while and I don't see any quotes by MVD. Is he still around?
