My whole site is made in Geocities with their Page Builder. While I do have a few things that are html, for the most part it is all just, put a text box here, type what you want and click save and it's up on the web. It is very easy to upload photos from your own computer so that you can put them on your site.
I think you can change a current site to a Geocities site but I have never done this so I'm not sure how you would go about it. It could even be that if your current site is all html, you wont be able to change it over into page builder, would would have to start from scratch, but could copy and paste from an old site to your new one.

Don't go with the free site though, they are only for sites with a couple of pages and not many visitors and technically it is against their terms or service to operate a for profit business from a free site.
