Subject: Hey Roan, I was thinking the emp thing would be strong enough

to disrupt electric fields coming into the house. Like the electric meter but likely it would do more harm than good.

Wonder if a license is needed to operate;

IMCS Model 2600 25KV

ESD Electrostatic Interference Simulator and

EMP Electromagnetic Pulse Simulator (ESIS System)

with Accessories & Hard Case

The IMCS Model 2600 is a 25kV Electrostatic Simulator System that is used for testing per IEC 801-2 (IEC 61000) specifications. Since it is a corona discharge simulator, it can also be used to test EMP Electromagnetic Pulse Susceptibility.

We were told that this unit produces a corona discharge pulse of varying width that can be used to simulate an EMP pulse, but we have no knowledge of this system application.

Comes with many accessories and a hard storage case as shown in photos. We don't know how this works, but, the meter indicates KV, pot adjusts voltage, knobs and switches operate smoothly and seem to be responsive. We can get the voltage to ramp up and down on command, and it produces a good spark with both probes as seen in photos.

It is an excellent condition since it has a padded storage case. Photos are of actual unit you will receive.

We have limited knowledge of this product's operation since we are not a test lab or a calibration lab, so we are not able to make any statements about the unit's calibration. The only thing we can test is that the unit powers on, that the controls operate smoothly, and that it produces a spark as shown in photos. No warranties are given or implied, and the product is being sold AS-IS with NO returns.
