Subject: Kept our appointment with the township tax tribunal

Did not go well for moi. Tax base was increased 16.77% yoy and the township assessor was blathering on about other points and would not address what was asked on different subjects. With zero people waiting to talk to her she kept on repeating that she had others in line waiting to talk to her. The woman was very disappointing, looked like she had slept for 3 days and never once combed her hair and was totally unkempt. Luckily Michigan has a constitution not allowing an increase over 5% or the interest rate which ever is lower. Now it is 5% every year until a balance in property value and what the previous value was.

I expect the new democrat run administration to change that 5% ruling asap.
