Subject: A big plus to country living is the taxes.

Sure we pay more taxes in the sticks than in the city, a lot more. You can put 15 of our city lots on this property - at least. What I am referring to is the taxes added on to the utilitie bills. Since we pay for our tank filled we only get taxed by the state twice a year while in the city, the gas company charges out the wahoo. Delivery tax, state tax, extra fees. Same goes for the water and the electric bills. That's a hefty sum each month. plus the only undesirables are us.
