I was just wonderin if there were going to be any pageants in Arizona anytime soon and which ones were good?? I'm kinda new to the pageant world. My DD did win in her first pageant at Pre-lims for Cinderella in October (She won overall in the baby division). Thanks for your help!

Beware! There is a "national" director bashing other pageants...systems, winners, contestants..etc.

This woman uses foul language & attacks others. Her exploits have been brought out in the open and she is taking extreme measures to avoid answering some tough questions:

1) She claims to hold titles to systems that have either never heard of her or don't exist.
2) She has exhibited very unprofessional behavior by slamming many people in the pageant world with vulgar language and outrageous acusations

Don't fall for her hype! Ask for the links!

Enquiring minds want to know!

Colo Cinderella was a joke this year. The pageant directors cousin won teen. Prelim directors daughter won baby and miss. The tot was won by a little girl that did not even do well or even knew what she was doing. The kids that we seen that was great and did well got bad awards. Then when we addresses the state director we were yelled at and she was unreasonable. WE ARE ASKING FOR THE STATE DIRECTOR TO STEP DOWN!!!!

    - This is soooooooo untrue. Last years AZ state Miss and then International Miss has done a total of 3 Cinderella Pageants- 1 prelim which she won, 1 state finals which she won, 1 International finals which she won.       - The Tots mom is a director, the Cinderella Woman's mom is D.S.'s largest director, the Mini Miss and Miss both take lessons from D.S.'s studio (and pay her every month) and have know her for a long time. The Teen winner has also been involved with Cinderella for a long time. One of the Judges has been Royalty with contestants before. I am one of the supposed people who is "no longer allowed to participate" in AZ Cinderella (although DS has never said it, I wouldnt want to return anyhow). - We are loyal to Cinderella and love it (in 2 different states where we have lived and Internationals)! If you don't like the fact that they don't give out scoresheets or commonet sheets then don't compete in this system. I hate to tell you but Miss America gives no scoresheets either!       - A pageant is open to speculation if it can't substantiate their opinion. Tell me that the dress I chose for my daughter is the wrong style, color, or fit. Although I can disagree, I can't change a judge's opinion. There was a pageant my DD did not win a title, but at least I know why... because of score sheets! I am not the type of person to bash a pageant just because my DD didn't win. I will take her back to the pageant she placed second runner-up and try again. - I was at the AZ Cindy finals and have seen the girls who won for a couple years now. Those girls deserved to win. You can be a sore loser and find reasons if you like, but those kids were talented and poised, and they will do a great job representing AZ Cinderella. She has been in Cinderella since she was a Tot (at least 15 years). The other 3 overalls were the best of the worst. There was little if any competition. I am so proud of you! All of your hard work is finally paying off. You have accomplished so much at the tender age of ten! I am sorry that so many people want to disrespect the pageants. You are a shining example of the good that comes from these contests!!! Think of all of the lessons you have learned in these last five years.

My friend's daughter is over in Palm Springs competing at Miss American Starlet. It seems that everything is late, unorganized and a total rip-off! She has already given me info on who she thinks is going to win due to the way the Directors treat them. It is obvious who they like and who they don't! My daughter is always a runnerup or getting side awards not even on the registration and pulled from beauty or she deos not even make the runner up cut. She has one of thebest coaches top designer clothes money can buy and pictures are outstanding. Her modeling is excellent. She is a beautiful Afican American little girl. Its getting hard to explain to her that all her practicing deos not make a difference because she will not get a top title no matter how hard she try. Directors look at your system if you do not have any african amercan judges, Why not? If your winners are not african american even though you have girls competing, Check your system something is wrong. The 60's are gone we are competing.These girls are beautiful too! Ethnic and all.
