There will never ever be another Elvis Terry. he was one of a kind. Too bad he became addicted to pills but he will always be remembered as an amazing talent.

I love that song you posted too. It must of made her feel oh so special that he dedicated that song to her.

I have been watching Elvis movies lately as they have been playing them one after another. The one that baffled me the most was the one where Prisilla told the story of how she met Elvis and how "crazy" she made her poor parents. Awful, just awful and surely would drive any parents insane. Once he gave her attention, she couldn't function in normal life. I felt so very sorry for her parents. The most shocking info that she shared in that movie was that Elvis raped her after he found out she was having an affair with her karate instructor. She said Elvis wouldn't touch her after Lisa Marie was born. That was shocking to me and I couldn't believe she would expose that to the world after his death so he couldn't at very least defend himself. I had no idea she had accused him of that and for me, it left a bad taste for her.

I think Elvis wanted to protect everyone he was close to. I think that is why he couldn't stand the fact that she left and took his daughter with her. I think Elvis was used to being in control of all the people surrounding his life and that is why he couldn't stand the fact that she wasn't coming back.

In the movie I saw, it looked like Lisa was probably around 7 years old when he died. Too bad, maybe she would of been a well adjusted woman with security if her dad would of been there to raise her. I suppose she didn't stand a chance to be normal with Elvis as her father. I think most people remember Elvis fondly because of his music. He touched so many with his songs.
