Subject: i don't know if they use it for miss van or toronto pageants since they're relatively smaller. but i wouldn't be suprised if say mis van ppl used it. cuz they're obviously desperate for another mci winner this yr. they want someone who will shine even brighter than shirley zhou and hopefully thinner than bernice when she'd won miss van.
