1. Change of venue every year - this will dispel homeground advantage to HK most of the time
2. Have at least 10 judges (and not 5) and more importantly spread over the nationalities and not just Hk (same reason as above)-adopt the Ms Universe system - suggest :-
HK
Canada
Malaysia
Philipinnes
Thai
Spore
Usa
South American
China
Taiwan
3. Emcees (both in Cantonese and Mandarin) preferably Mandarin alone to reflect the true Chinese spirit
4. Ensure fair distribution of international sponsors - dont make HK sponsors the main sponsor or a tvb contract the main prize here - to ensure no conflict of interest
5. Fair and equal international media exposure for ALL contestants and not just one (u know who !!!)
6. Invite foreign personalities to comment
7. Fans voting pre and post pageant -this way the fans can get to appreciate the gals as they go along
8. Internal vote of the winner by the contestants themselves - ask the Qs live on TV
9. make the results/mrks given by each judge transparent
10. Ask the same Qs to the last 5 finalist
