Chow, who does not speak Cantonese very well, will revisit the matter of returning to Hong Kong upon the completion of her university career. No one is automatially given a TVB contract when they place in the international pageant. Only Christie was offered a 1-year contract with TVB that she turned down, so that she could go to university instead. Shirley went to HK to try and learn chinese, but couldn't handle living in Hk,so she came back to Vancouver to go to school. She was NEVER offered a contract with TVB!!!
