Based on the pictures and the info/stats that were provided (considering that they were accurate).... a **SUBJECTIVE** analysis has been conducted (criteria considered:: height, education/language abilities, body proportions ( disputable), facial features based on the picture. )

none/not much potential to be in top 3:
2, 6, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19

has little/mediocre possibility of top 3:
1, 3, 7, 9

seems to be strong/ has potential to land in the top 3:
4, 5, 8, 11, 12, 15
