Im 16 I had sex on August 26 and started my period the same day. I've had my period every month but its been light. I've been nashus, very tired, light headed and my brest have been sore, also my stomic is hard and getting bigger. I can feel a heart beat in my lower stomic. I've taken 3 epts and they were all negitive. Could i still be pregnant?
Please respond someone i dont know what to do

You could have an infection - and you should see your GYN. There could be other reasons for the symptoms you have. Don't let it go any longer. Hugs, Kris

Hi, It sounds like you have got alot of thinking to do. Do you want a baby? Would you have the support to bring up a child? I think your boyfriend as a right to know and see where that takes you. I fell pregnant at the age of 18 with my boyfriend (who i am now married too) but had a termination, it was a hard decision to make but i feel that it was the right one. I know that my life would have been very different if i had kept the baby, i would never have what i do have now. But you are the only one who can make the final decission, you have to think how your whole life will change. After all, this baby will have to come first in your life they have not been asked to be born.
You say you have a full time job, is it a good one can you climb the ladder? Have you ever wanted to go to Uni or follow out any dreams before you settle down to have a family?

Here is what happened to me. I have regular periods that happen the first of every month. On January 1st, I had a normal cycle. Mid January, my boyfriend and I had some genital contact, and, he came around the area, but we did not actually have sex. Around February, my period did not come on the first. I took three pregnancy tests; on the 5th, 6th, and 10th, and they all came out negative. It is now Februrary 16 and I have still not gotten my period, though I am feeling bloated, breast tenderness, and some constipation. Could these be signs of pregancy? WHat are some insights?

Dear Anna, Three pregnancy tests spread out over 10 days would probably not all be wrong. We all get messed up periods now and then. It might just be that. You could have something as simple as a yeast infection that is giving you the other symptoms. However, if you are really concerned, you should make an appt. and see your Dr. They can do a blood test - and those are much more accurate. They can also determine what else might be going on. You don't say how old you are - I hope that you can talk to your Mom if you need to - or that you can see your Dr. pretty easily. I also just want to encourage you to stay abstinent. It is the only 100% effective b/c there is. Hope that helps.

Okay my boyfriend and i have sex alot. I have been so busy with alot of things this passed like 3 weeks and i havent taken my birth control..I dont know why but i have just totally forgotten about it. Anyways im so scared my brests arnt overly sore my nipples are really sensitive tho. Im really tired all the time and I cant stop eating, i should get my period this week and havent yet, I know dknow if its just cause im so stressed about this whole thing but I dont know what to do Could i be pregnant?
