Subject: Ridges & Bending & Polish ?

Hi! I've been using Amera products for several weeks now and I'm really loving them. What can I do about ridges in my nails? One nail in particular has a ridge, where it often bends. The nail doesn't usually split there, but my polish cracks and once it's cracked, it's never repaired very well no matter what I do. Usually have to redo the polish. Will continuing to use the Cuticle Mousse eventually help? What could I do to get rid of this ridge all together?

Also, I can't get polish to stay on for longer than about 4 days. Everyday I have to do some type of touch-up and I usually re-polish twice a week. I'd like to cut down to once a week. Even the Amera Lacquers don't last, although they do last longer than other polishes. Could this because my nails are not yet in good enough shape? Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks,
Sarah :o)
