There is no difference in the way that women perform wudhu and men. You can see the way to perform wudhu by going here and clicking on the video link:

We also suggests you join our classes that teach how to perform salat. This class is offered everyday at 10am(EST) which is 3pm(GMT). It is also offered Monday thru Fridays at 10pm(EST) which is 3am(GMT).
