As salaam alaikoem, When i do my prayers on the workfloor, i've got a very small room where i can do it, direction of the Qiblah is also the direction of the toilet, may i use in that case onother direction? Wa alaikoem salaam

As salaamu Alaikoum,

The direction of the toilet does not have any effect on your prayer as long as you are not praying in the bathroom. It is haraam to pray in a bathroom.

It was narrated in a saheeh report from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that he said: �All the earth is a mosque except for graveyards and bathrooms.� (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, al-Salaah, 291; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 262).
