[Bukhari and muslim] Islam is not based on the Fiqh of anyone other than Rasool and for you to ask a question about Islam and then say you want the answer to be based on someone othe the prophet(saw) is SHIRK. In regards to wiping over the socks when making wudu: Al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah reported that the Messenger of Allah, upon whom be peace, made ablution and wiped over his socks and slippers.
