Secondly, beware of people who speak about Allah without knowledge and a person who speaks about Allah without knowledge is a person who says that Allah said something in which he did not say.

Tell the person who told you that you can not make wudhu in same place as toilet to either show you their daleel to proove this or keep quiet.
