As Saalamu Alaikoum,

Praise be to Allah.

I dont know who this person is that you are quoting but the best to quote is the Prophet(saw) Muhammad.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Avoid suspicion, for suspicion is the gravest lie in talk and do not be inquisitive about one another and do not spy upon one another and do not feel envy with the other, and nurse no malice, and nurse no aversion and hostility against one another. And be fellow-brothers and servants of Allah. [Muslim 32.6214]

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of A'mash with the same chain of transmit ters (and the words are):" Don't sever relations of kinship, don't bear enmity against one another, don't bear aversion against one another and don't feel envy against the other and live as fellow-brothers as Allah has commanded you. [Muslim 6217]

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Anas ibn Malik that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Do not be angry with each other and do not envy each other and do not turn away from each other, and be slaves of Allah, brothers. It is not halal for a muslim to shun his brother for more than three nights." [Muwatta 4.14]

No Muslim should hold jealousy towards another unless it were in the case of a man who spends his wealth for Allah or one who Allah has given knowledge of Islam to and he teaches it to others [Bukhari]

Polygamy is part of Islam yet it is not easy. I suggest you fear Allah and ask him to grant you patience and concern yourself with your life only and leave what goes on in other households alone. Them maybe will you find peace.

AND ALLAH KNOWS BEST
