Here is the correct answer from the fatwa of shaykh bin baaz: Everything that secretes from the private part, of liquid or otherwise, nullifies the ablution. The clothes and bodily parts that are touched by it are to be washed. And this is the fatwa of Shk Ibn Baaz ( Rahemaho Allah.)and other ulamaa.
