What steps do i have to go thru to get my marriage annuled? My husband is in prison, and very verbally abusive, causing me to be depressed.

I can not answer questions such as this for you because I do not know the circumstances surrounding how you married this man. All I can tell you is to contact the Imam or person who married you and ask him to tell you how to go about divorcing this man.
