As salaam alaikoem, I eat always meat from halal butchers but is there something wrong with, when a man cannot kill a sheep on the Islamic way? I don't have guts to do it. Knowing that the animal saw me first, is the problem i think. Wa alaikoem salaam wa rahamtoellah wa barakatoeh

Praise be to Allah.

There is nothing wrong with your continuing to buy your meat from a store whereas the meat has been already killed. Also, there is nothing wrong with having someone kill the animal for you.

A man once asked the Prophet(saw) why he kissed children when this man had many children and never kissed any of them. The Prophet(saw) responded, "Can I help it if Allah has not given you mercy?" [Bukhari]

So there is nothing wrong with your having a soft heart or mercy when it comes to taking the life of one of Allahs creation...
