Paul Azinger (I may have spelled his name wronge) plays with a single axis grip, and an overlapping grip. Watch him on TV the next time he is in contention at a pga event. When the camera is showing him from behind the ball strait down the line you cannot see his left hand because his right forearm covers it. This is the true test of a single axis swing.
