It was LAME!!!!! 2 and a bit hours of TOTAL wank!

Uh, Carms... you did see the first movie, didn't you? Apart from the Keanu-like "Whoa..." moment when you found out what the matrix actually was, the rest of it was two and bit hours of total wank, interupted by a few very cool fight scenes. Why on earth would anyone go into the sequel expecting anything different? The only things different here is that we already knew what the matrix was, so we didn't get to go "whoa" with Keanu again, and that since the original Matrix was released there's been several million other movies out there who've copied their fight-scene style, so it doesn't look quite as fresh and cool and new anymore...

Bitching about the Matrix Reloaded being a total wank is like bitching about The Phantom Menace being designed to do nothing but sell Jar-Jar dolls, when Return of the Jedi was exactly the bloody same, only with ewoks.

(But you're not wrong - that has to rate as one of the most unnecessarily dragged-out sex scenes in cinematic history.)
