Review: Matrix Reloaded

Ok boys and girls, some of you are gonna hate me for this but...

It was LAME!!!!! 2 and a bit hours of TOTAL wank! I got home last night and thought a lil more about it and came up with the following:

the bad

-It would have been a great film if they had shortened it by about half an hour (though prolly more) and got rid of all the useless wanky garbage that they apparently felt was neccessary. I'm sorry but we don't need a scene of Neo and Trinity bonking to last for more than 30 seconds - so a scene that went for over 2 mins (possibly close to 3 or 4) was excessive and crap.

-The special effects - we all like special effects. But I thought the point of "good" special effects was that it wasn't immediately obvious that they were in use - Neo's fight scene with the hundreds of Hugo Weavings ( a scary prospect I might add) was so blatantly and OBVIOUSLY CGI - and not particulary good CGI, that it was almost painful to watch.

-Most of the scenes were far too long - even the not so wanky ones.

-Zion was kinda lame

the good

-Most of the fights were pretty cool

-the ghoully twins were very cool

-link made for outstanding comic relief

-I am still interested enough to want to see the third one.

I give this film 2 long black jackets - it ain't worth more than that.
