Regarding comments on proxy votes,at last years AGM i beleive proxy votes were counted,even though we are on the understanding that they do not, and never have.
As a full race member, i believe that you should have the right to vote as our efforts towards the sport have to be payed for by weekend work,and as one of the main focal points of our sport, crews should have a very fair say on who runs the club, as we are the ones affected!
We believe as a team, membership should be payed in full at least one month before the AGM so people voting for the commitee will be around rather than vote and leave.
