In addition to the bands that have been listed I know The Fuse (evolved into Cheap Trick) from Rockford, IL. played on Saturday afternoon. They played around the time that Crow played. I also think they were playing around the same time that the war started. Does anybody remember..
a. The biker vs hippie war.
b. The bloodsuckers in the ponds.
c. The real name of the festival. For some reason The Black River Falls Rock Festival rings a bell.
d. The location. Someone on the Poynette, WI. site (April 70) has that one at Iola, WI. He possibly could be referring to this festival as Iola is near there. They have a great car show there every year now.
