My cruise on Uganda was mid Oct 1980. We started Athens. Visited Mycenne. Then off to Izmir for Epherpus. Down to Hiafa for Jerusalem etc. Back across to Nauplion in Greece. Sadly there was an accident on one of the beaches resulting in a loss of the children. After Nauplion we sailed round to try to get to Olympia but rough seas stop it being possible. So we steamed upto Dubrovnik. Then finishing in Venice with a bit of extra time. I remember we saw a Simon Templar scene being filmed I think and walking on raised boards in the morning in the squares due to water leave.
