Guys lets not bitch here...lets have a meaningful debate:

Coaching, yes its not up to standard, workman tools and all that you could say. I do find his selection puzzling amongst other things as well as his relationship (or lack off) with the players.

For me he should have gone in the season we won the cup. The board need to convene this week and then give him the news he wont be back. Advertise the job and lets see who is out there to coach and take our wonderful club forward.

Management: Does anyone have a nice word to say about Alan Adam? For me the biggest problem at the club. Stick to what he does best (allegedly accounts he once saved Glasgow Rangers!!! who cares). Beale, Nutt and Warren will always do what is best for Moseley but they (apart from Dave who is too busy with his own business) are not business men.

Players: yes we need better quality (in some positions) but that will cost money and our coach cannot offer them International 7s rugby if they come play for peanuts!! Unless someone has a sponsor willing to put his hand in his pocket this will always be a problem.

Gloucester: Ditch the deal...work with Worcester lets be there feeder club. does it really matter? preservation of Moseley Rugby at this tier is the priority. We (no matter the coach or management) will not win or gain promotion until we have a £1miilon pound budget.

Clubhouse: Do we need a 5 million pound stand? We will attract to dog shit park the kind of corporate clients Mr Adam thinks we will get? Lets look at clubs like Newcastle, Sandal and Newbury who have good brick built structures, plenty of corporate etc...as well. It will be the laughing stock of the Midlands 5000 seats and no one sitting in them!!!

Contreversial....i dont think so, honest thoughts from someone that gives a crap!!

Calm down everyone. Moseley finnished where they did because of their budget relative to others. My guess is that if Graham Henry or Martin Johnson or whoever was coaching the side it might have meant at most that we won 1 or 2 more regular season matches. The scheme with Glos didn't work this season for whatever reason and we were always going to struggle. Having said that London Welsh at home was hard to stomach. As for players well to me Andrew Carter played well every time I saw him. At the end of the season having a kicker like Olly Thomas was essential and in tight games(every single one Moseley play) he must start. Armitage brought some mid field focus. The "new" back row has a lot of potential are they all staying? As for players from the Bees who may be available although Hunt is a very impressive broken field runner,I wonder if the no 5 from Sunday is available he looked very good.
