Seems as though we are heading straight for nat 1.

can i ask what manager will have 2 decent players not even on the bench. one being the ref in a 1/2 time tag rugby game and the other pulling pints in the club house????

A good player who has so much potential and on a match day when we could really do with him either starting or on the bench and he is pulling pints !!! Words fail me! When will the management of this club WAKE UP !! gillick pulling pints, Maybe Smith needs a stint behind the bar,although you would probably get short changed. Why does Smith continue to have faith with the Has Beens. Give the youngsters like Gillick and Macburnie etc a try they always reward with commitment which has been continuously proved.

Sorry bryan b but I am a stickler for fair play and you are wrong.I was ushering the players off at half time and Carter apologised to Bress for charging into him and dropping the ball.Any way we didnt lose because 2 players collided in heat of mpment both of whom are among our better players usually. We lost because Bees played a better game. Their forwards out muscled us too often and in the 10-12 axis(vital in both defence and attack) we were found wanting. Davies is standing deeper and deeper as the weeks go by and tried zip himself compared to Woodrow for Bees whose positional kicking and ball distribution was in a different league. Why Reay was not at 12 I have no idea. Also 10,12 and13 continue to defend too narrow and one of the Bees tries was a simple passing of the ball down the line but wide and their winger ran outside Thomas and scored. That is a defensive problem we have had all season and we are into the play offs and Maggs has failed to sort it. If we only defended wider they could not go outside as they would be in touch!
Also, we had got scrum ascendancy as we were pushing them back, had just scored 14 pts in 5 mins and Bees were there for the taking. So what happens next? Voisey is the sub for Sigley and we have no ascendancy for the rest of the game. We start standing off tackles again in midfield and they score in last min to win. Basically a self-inflicted defeat.
