Ok, let the chick in, she sounds like she is beggin'

NOT!!...I'm in Human Resources, this is not tolerable, this is an interview and she should have been ready to be present and ready to do her best. The only option would be is to reschedule her, for a later date, if there is an opening, which I'm sure you don't have another slot. So, wish her the best, and move on to the next. It's her problem now. This only tells what type of employee she will be in the future.
