I own 2 x 1 bed at Monterey and it was over £1300 and increase of £400 sterling on last year. If anyone is interested in buying Week 29 or 30 in Apt E609/610 let me know. Should you be giving them back after recieving your bill, then it is to late, for this year. However so long as you send back your certificate before november this year then you will not recieve a bill for next year. On the other hand you can just not pay the fees and eventually the club has the right to take them off you. What you must remember is that although the fees are very expensive this year that is due to CLC charging in euro's, and the exchange rate is very low. I must agree CLC are charging an exorbitant rate for the service we are getting, but then they dont want weeks owner's on site anymore. As far as I am concerned the Paradise club has gone down hill.
