Rather than hand my weeks back to those robbing b.......'s I contacted a company called Global Resale Services (UK) Ltd and told them I'd accept a nominal sum just to get rid. Within days I got an offer of £1000 for my 3 weeks, not much I know, but better than giving them back to CLC so that they could profit from my misfortune. We have dealt with with Global in the past and had a bad experience. we were buying a resale week sent £2000 never heard anything eventually many weeks after we asked for our money back. after some time told us the chequed had got lost down the back of the filing cabinet. we did get our money back, but would not use them again. I feel fortunate that overall i've has good value for my money, but due to the ever rising fees, its no longer a holiday investment. Giving it back means that i'm not selling on a possible monetary 'millstone'. You'd have thought two weeks in school holiday would be 'snapped up' but the only interest in just over a year have been by 'scum-bag' scam operators.
